Family terms

A clear agreement for a useful programme.

A parent or trusted adult must create or purchase family access and supervise its use by children.

Programme access

A Family Pass provides one household with the learner places stated at checkout. Access is for personal family use and may not be resold, copied, published or shared outside the household.

Educational purpose

Jumpstart to Junior supports transition skills and family conversations. It does not guarantee school admission, academic results, behaviour outcomes or protection from every difficulty.

Parent responsibility

The adult account holder should use nicknames, guide safety conversations, keep the parent PIN private and contact the school or appropriate local service when a child reports harm or danger.

Fair use

Families must not interfere with the service, attempt to access another family's records or automate completion. We may restrict access where misuse threatens families or the programme.

Availability

We aim to keep access dependable, but maintenance or service-provider interruptions may occur. Saved progress should be restored after service returns.

Refunds

The current refund approach is explained on the Refunds page and should be reviewed before purchasing.
