Jumpstart to Junior collects only what is needed to deliver and support the programme.

What we collect

A parent email and payment reference for paid access; a learner nickname, broad age band and chosen avatar; mission completion, game responses, parent-conversation checks and the family's 30-Day Plan.

What we deliberately do not request

A child's email, phone number, school, address, photograph, voice recording, precise location or full date of birth.

How information is used

To save progress, restore family access, personalise missions, show parent progress, provide the final plan and certificate, prevent misuse and improve the programme.

Parent and child choices

Use a nickname rather than a full legal name. A parent or trusted adult can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of the family record through the Help page. Deleting the record removes saved access, progress and plans.

Storage and sharing

Programme records are stored with the website's hosting provider. Payment details are handled by the connected payment provider and never pass through this website. We do not sell child information.

Safety

Do not enter sensitive personal details inside nickname or plan fields. If a child discloses immediate danger, contact a trusted local adult or emergency service; this programme is educational and is not an emergency-reporting service.
